Oil purification system is to remove free 100% and dissolved water 99%, free 100% and dissolved gasses 98%, and particle contaminants down to NAS 4 or ISO 15/14/12 from lube, hydraulic and transformer oils.The design of our vacuum dehydrators maximizes the water extraction rates and particle removal system of our oil purifiers, and top- quality components and workmanship ensure years of maintenance-free operation and performance.
Our Oil Purification system feature:
- Flow rates are form 10 LPM to 200lpm.
- Provided with double filtration system with pre-filter and final filter rating are 1 and 3 microns (optional)
- Automatic control on/off Heating unit
- Online laser particle counter based on NAS 1638&ISO 4406 Standards
- No coalescer elements required
